The Board is a private assembly of principals from the global property and marketplace industry. For more than two decades it has convened, deliberated and, where it saw fit, acted — rarely in public, and never in a hurry.

Formed in the margins of the industry's most consequential gatherings. Answerable, since, to no one.

Discretion
What is discussed at The Board remains at The Board. Minutes are kept. They are not circulated.

Continuity
Membership is not a term but a standing. Seats are held for life, and none has ever been vacated.
iii.
Presence
Some matters cannot be settled by correspondence. For those, the members travel — wherever the matter requires.

Twice a year the members convene in person. Some cities have proven worth returning to. Agendas are not disclosed.
